TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy; works in compliance with current National and/or International standards or defined test methods, providing the best professional technical conditions in the shortest possible time, in accordance with legal requirements and economically, based on the principles of impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality, and reliability.

The aim of our laboratory is to use the most advanced technological testing equipment in accordance with test methods and standards, with expert personnel continuously trained in their field, to meet customer testing requests to the highest possible level, to use reference/standard materials necessary for accurate test results, to ensure the quality of tests through comparison measurements with national/international laboratories whenever possible, and to prioritize customer satisfaction as a fundamental principle, thereby minimizing potential customer complaints.

The purpose of our laboratory is to effectively implement the Laboratory Management System with the participation of all personnel, aiming to eliminate all factors that may adversely affect test results.

All laboratory personnel work in accordance with policies and procedures prepared in compliance with the requirements of TS EN ISO 9001:2015 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Management commits to adhering to the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards and undertaking necessary actions for continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

Inspection, Supervision, Quality, Environment, and HSE Quality Policy

According to the policies we have established within the framework of management systems as QVV MÜHENDİSLİK SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.;

  • Considering customer requirements, we aim to develop and support customer-oriented, high-quality, and innovative solutions,
  • We aim to preserve the reputation of our company through the services we provide,
  • We commit to providing a quality service with a focus on trust and accuracy by not sharing information and documents obtained through customer relationships with any unauthorized or unrelated individuals or organizations,
  • We aim to promote awareness of quality, environment, occupational health, and safety by encouraging the participation of all employees in the goal-setting and implementation processes, fostering a spirit of teamwork,
  • We adopt and implement a policy of internal communication, information flow, and continuous training to ensure effective and efficient use of our limited resources, to improve our quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety performance by conducting regular audits of system functionality, continuously monitoring system performance, improving it, troubleshooting, and taking necessary precautions,
  • To comply with legal requirements and other conditions related to environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards, especially TENMAK Legislation,
  • Raising awareness of all stakeholders, especially our employees and suppliers,
  • To prevent environmental pollution at its source, to keep it under control if it cannot be prevented and to reduce pollution,
  • To provide a healthy and safe working environment by effectively implementing Occupational Health and Safety legislation, to prevent injuries, health deterioration, accidents and occupational diseases,
  • To provide service by structuring our processes in line with internationally recognized standards and supporting them with tools and technologies that will maximize efficiency,
  • We pledge to foster an environment where our employees are harmoniously integrated into a cohesive family, making it a guiding principle in our operations.

TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Impartiality Commitment

The impartiality commitment ensures that all employees maintain their impartiality in conflicts of interest, ensuring neutrality in their work. Systems are in place to prevent any financial, commercial, or personal pressure on the staff. Employees’ salaries are independent of the number of tests they conduct or the results obtained from these tests. Requests from customers or employees are evaluated impartially and without bias.

Our laboratory’s testing activities are conducted with adherence to the principles of independence, honesty, confidentiality, and reliability. All information and documents belonging to clients are not shared with third-party organizations or individuals without the written consent of the client, except for legal authorities.

Any damage arising from faults attributable to our laboratory and detrimental to the client shall be indemnified.

TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Competence Standard and TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System documents must be complied with by the personnel of our laboratory.

In accordance with our Quality Policy, it is the responsibility of our management to provide resources and ensure the participation of all our employees to maintain and improve the TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Competence Standard Management System established by the work of all employees in our organization.

Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality Commitment of Senior Management

As the Senior Management of QVV MÜHENDİSLİK SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.;

  • Will not discriminate against any person / institution / organization in any matter (especially in wage policy and decisions), will be treated equally, and services will be provided without discrimination regardless of the size of the applicant organization, number of employees and membership to any group,
  • To act in line with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, independence and transparency by adhering to technological developments and internationally accepted new approaches at every stage of the subjects it serves,
  • The risks that threaten impartiality will be identified and periodically reviewed, necessary precautions will be taken by conducting risk analyses, and all kinds of impartiality will evaluate the threatening situation,
  • QVV pledges to fulfill customer requests without discrimination, based on principles of independence, impartiality, confidentiality, and honesty, adhering to QVV’s ethical and moral values. It commits to prioritize “Customer Satisfaction” in all activities and ensure the provision of necessary resources,
  • Assures that the necessary financial resources required for efficient and healthy operation in service areas will be continuously safeguarded, supported by the personal assets of company partners to ensure sustainability,
  • Commits to avoiding any behavior that would compromise the integrity of all organizations with which it has commercial relationships,
  • Pledges to always comply with legal requirements in financial regulations related to the services provided,
  • It ensures that personnel, experts, and committees/boards involved in service areas operate independently, impartially, and objectively, free from any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could influence their decisions, by signing the “Personnel Ethics Commitment Letter,
  • QVV will employ personnel involved in inspection services in a manner that is independent of any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could affect inspection services, ensuring that the remuneration, bonuses, and performance evaluations of inspection personnel are independent of the number and results of inspections conducted,
  • At every stage of our inspection processes, all information, documents, and records other than publicly available ones pertaining to all organizations will remain confidential, and the security of all such information, documents, and records will be ensured. These materials may be shared upon request by the accreditation body, and in cases where legal obligations necessitate information sharing, actions will be taken in accordance with legal requirements, and the organization receiving services related to this matter will be informed,
  • QVV will not give privileges to the personnel who will develop its customer portfolio and the personnel to whom it provides inspection services in the amount of inspection services, and that its personnel will act impartially,
  • That all departments providing services are structured in a way to ensure administrative and financial independence between them, that inspection personnel will not be involved in any activity that may conflict with their independence and accuracy of judgment regarding the inspection activities they carry out, that they will not be part of or affiliated with a legal entity that designs, manufactures, supplies, installs, purchases, owns, uses or maintains the items it inspects, and that there are no contractual commitments and other matters that may affect the inspection results between the legal entities to which inspection services are provided,
  • In the event that the partnership structure changes, the senior management accepts and undertakes that it will not engage in activities that will affect the impartiality, confidentiality and independence of QVV in inspection services with different legal entities, and will act impartially, independently and confidentially by reflecting it to all its activities and the way it does business.
