TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Quality Policy
Our Quality Policy; works in compliance with current National and/or International standards or defined test methods, providing the best professional technical conditions in the shortest possible time, in accordance with legal requirements and economically, based on the principles of impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality, and reliability.
The aim of our laboratory is to use the most advanced technological testing equipment in accordance with test methods and standards, with expert personnel continuously trained in their field, to meet customer testing requests to the highest possible level, to use reference/standard materials necessary for accurate test results, to ensure the quality of tests through comparison measurements with national/international laboratories whenever possible, and to prioritize customer satisfaction as a fundamental principle, thereby minimizing potential customer complaints.
The purpose of our laboratory is to effectively implement the Laboratory Management System with the participation of all personnel, aiming to eliminate all factors that may adversely affect test results.
All laboratory personnel work in accordance with policies and procedures prepared in compliance with the requirements of TS EN ISO 9001:2015 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Management commits to adhering to the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards and undertaking necessary actions for continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
